IUSCC Pink Newsletter Winter Issue

Indianapolis, Indiana (March 11, 2010) — The Winter issue of Indiana University's Breast Cancer Program quarterly newsletter "IUSCC PINK" for patients, families and others interested in the fight against breast cancer is now available. In this issue, learn more about how breast cancer is diagnosed and treated and how the researchers at IU's Breast 'Cancer Program are developing new treatments for the disease.

Their goal is to render this frightening diagnosis less frightening. Learn useful information about the disease, with links to other Web sites that have tackled many of the questions patients find troubling or confusing. And, stay up-to-date on new research developments, especially new clinical trials that offer patients a chance to benefit from some of the encouraging new therapies being developed.
