Fan Fest for IHSAA State Finals a Success
Fort Wayne, Indiana (March 8, 2010) — To help get the community pumped up for the girls state basketball championship games Saturday local organizations put on a pep rally at Spiece Fieldhouse.
"Fan Fest was a great way for families to spend their Friday night! Everyone in attendance had a grand time playing games and enjoying the camaraderie," said Foundation Executive Director Catherine Hill.
"Fort Wayne really knows how to come together for a party and hosting the girls’ state finals is certainly something to celebrate. The fact that we raised $2,000 for Vera Bradley Foundation and IHSAA is icing on the cake!”
