2006 Vera Bradley Classic
Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 2, 2006) — The thirteenth annual Vera Bradley Classic festivities kick-off with a Friday night party at Wildwood Racquet Club. The Classic, a premier women’s golf and tennis tournament raises funds for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. Events will take place throughout the weekend concluding on Monday evening.
The media are welcome at all events. However, Monday evening’s awards ceremony promises to be particularly exciting as more than 800 Fort Wayne community members are expected to attend when the Classic’s impressive fundraiser check will be presented, as well as an exciting new announcement!!
To date, more than $4 million for breast cancer research and programs has been raised through the Foundation.

Saturday, June 3rd:
Tennis matches throughout the day at Wildwood Racquet Club (7am - 5:30pm)
Tennis Celebration Dinner at 6:30pm at Sycamore Hills
Monday, June 5th:
Golf throughout the day at Sycamore Hills Golf Club (7:15 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Orchard Ridge Country Club (Shotguns at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.)
Celebration Dinner & Check Presentation at Sycamore Hills Golf Club (7:00 p.m.)
